Half and whole lamb customers at Flying B Bar enjoy the best value and greatest ability to customize their order, like whether you want individual lamb chops, or a whole rack of lamb, more ground lamb or make every steak and roast option possible! We will help walk you through the process of doing your cutting instructions, it's easier than you think! Hanging weights of the lambs can vary anywhere between 70-90lbs, producing between 50-70 packaged pounds, each animal is different! PICK UP AT THE RANCH IN STRASBURG ONLY, NO DELIVERY AVAILABLE ON THIS ITEM.

What’s a Hanging Pound?
These prices are per “hanging pound”. Hanging weight is about 50% the weight of “live weight”. Packaged weight is about 65-75% of hanging weight depending on your custom cut instructions, the more cuts you choose to grind the larger the yield.
Butcher Costs:
You will also be responsible for paying the butcher cost of $120. The processing fee listed above includes the slaughter plant fee, the cost of the boxes and responsible disposal/reuse fee for the few unused parts of the lamb.

Packaging
All cuts are vacuum sealed in plastic packaging and frozen to ensure longevity and freshness. According to the USDA, vacuum sealed meats can last up to a year in a freezer.
Shipping
At this time, all Bulk Meat Packages are Pickup at the Ranch only. We are located about 40 minutes east of Denver. Take I-70 east to exit 306, head straight for about 3 miles, take a left on Yulle Rd, then continue 6.3 miles until the road ends at our ranch.
