T-Bone Steak

The T-bone is the Grand Daddy of steaks and our Flying B T-bones make good on that promise. This is the cut that includes the delicious New York Strip Steak on one side of the bone and a buttery Tenderloin Filet on the other side of the bone. The strip is prized for its sublime texture and awesome steak flavor. The Filet is the most tender cut of meat found anywhere, and the Flying B tenderloin filet is legendary. You won't find a better combination of great flavors than in one of our T-bones. Cook to 129 degrees, pull it off the grill, tent it with aluminum foil for 5 to 10 minutes and serve.
