Our pork comes from multiple breeds of Heritage pigs, raised the right way—naturally and humanely. We never use hormones, antibiotics, or steroids. Partnering with a local family farm allows us to bring you rich, flavorful pork you can feel good about serving at your table.

All items are vacuum sealed and shipped in cardboard boxes with insulation to ensure freshness!
Shipping
All orders will ship frozen from our Ranch in Strasburg, Colorado in a insulated, recycled cardboard box, with dry ice. Orders will be delivered frozen or very cold to the touch, depending on the time in transit.
