Korean Flanken Style Short Ribs

These quarter-inch short ribs are prized in Korea and Japan. To understand why, marinate in a mixture of soy sauce, sake, mirin and vinegar blended with salt, sugar, chopped garlic and a dab of sesame oil. Grill over high heat and enjoy immediately with white rice and beer. Kampai!

Beef Short Ribs are ideal for the barbecue or the smoker. These Short Ribs are cut thin and across the bones (each slice has a couple pieces of bone) for Kalbi-style preparation and cooking.

All orders will ship flash frozen, vacuum sealed, from our ranch in Strasburg, Colorado in an insulated box with dry ice. Orders will be delivered frozen or very cold to the touch, depending on the time in transit.
