Shipping

All orders will ship frozen from our Ranch in Strasburg, Colorado in a insulated, recycled cardboard box, with dry ice. Orders will be delivered frozen or very cold to the touch, depending on the time in transit.

Surprisingly good!

I fixed ground brisket burgers for my wife and I for dinner. I didn't tell her that it was anything other than ground beef. After the second bite she looked at me and said, "This is the best burger you've ever made." I agree. I bought a pound just to try it out but I'll be ordering more shortly. What a treat!
