Dino Ribs (Plate Ribs)

"Dino" Ribs or plate ribs are taken from the rib areas of beef cattle. They consist of a long portion of the rib bone, which is overlain by meat which varies in thickness. Dino Ribs are just spectacular in the smoker or in the slow cooker. These are great to slow cook and the taste is "fall off the bone" good!
