We love to find new cuts that provide great taste at a value price and the Denver Steak is just that. It's cut from the under blade of the Chuck roll which is in the shoulder. We like to marinade it overnight or smoke it or just grill it. Any way you cook it, it's a super steak at a budget price.
Our Denver's are cut very generously, at about 12 to 16 ounces.

Shipping
All orders will ship frozen from our Ranch in Strasburg, Colorado in a insulated, recycled cardboard box, with dry ice. Orders will be delivered frozen or very cold to the touch, depending on the time in transit.
