We love to find new cuts that provide great taste at a value price and the Denver Steak is just that. Its cut from the under blade of the Chuck roll which is in the shoulder. That muscle gets a lot of work, so it isn't high on the tender scale, but thin sliced its delicious. We like to marinade it overnight or smoke it, or just grill it. Anyway you cook it, it's a super steak at a budget price.
Our Denver's are cut very generously, at about 12 to 16 ounces.

Shipping
All orders will ship frozen from our Ranch in Strasburg, Colorado in a insulated, recycled cardboard box, with dry ice. Orders will be delivered frozen or very cold to the touch, depending on the time in transit.
