When cooked low and slow, these bones release collagen and deep beefy flavor that creates a rich, nourishing base for your favorite recipes.
Ideal for homemade bone broth, hearty soups, or stews, these neck bones are a simple, traditional cut that makes the most of the whole animal.
Try this recipe out! Place Soup Bones in a large size slow cooker. Add salt, celery stalks, onion, bouquets garnish, pepper, carrots, parsley and garlic. Fill slow cooker within 2 inches of the top with hot water and cook for 6 hours, covered on high heat, stirring occasionally.

All orders will ship frozen from our Ranch in Strasburg, Colorado in a insulated, recycled cardboard box, with dry ice. Orders will be delivered frozen or very cold to the touch, depending on the time in transit.
